ecause of requests from the residents in nearby communities, Red Bud Court was designed to provide 1 bedroom apartments with kitchens for those who would like to Enjoy the Fine Art of Living and leave everything else to the staff of Woodland Terrace.

ed Bud Court hosts three meals a day, or less if the resident wishes, provides housekeeping services, laundry services, and an activity program.  Each apartment has its own furnace and air conditioning so as to maintain the climate of the apartment as the resident wishes.  Carports are available for those desiring this.  A 20 passenger bus provides transportation to off-site activities and regular shopping trips to the grocery store and mall.

iving in the independent apartments allows one to forget yard maintenance, housework, taxes, insurance, utility bills, transportation and just focus on Enjoying the Fine Art of Living.  Our 24-hour staff is always available to make each resident's stay pleasant.
