Welcome. Woodland Terrace, a Christian Senior Living Residence, is located on twelve acres of dunes and woods in the pleasant rural community of Bridgman, Michigan. Woodland Terrace, as a Senior Living Residence, provides Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Special Needs Residences. These residences were all designed with the idea of maintaining a home-like environment in a community setting. To avoid the difficulties associated with elevators, all of our residences are located on the ground floor. |

Dogwood and Lilac Courts are assisted living residences with spacious suites designed for residents who wish to forget home maintenance, housework, and meal preparation, but need some assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management. With these services, the resident will realize this is "The Next Best Place to Home." |
Magnolia Court is our special assisted living residence designed for residents with mild to moderate dementia, or those with greater physical needs. This unit is an alarmed unit so that a person who is an elopement risk would be safe in this unit. Because of the increased level of care, a higher resident to staff ratio is maintained. |
Red Bud Court, our independent living apartments, consists of one and two bedroom apartments for residents who wish to forget home and yard maintenance, housework, meal preparation, and prefer the security and social environment in a senior community. While this is not the same thing as home, it is "The Next Best Place to Home." |
