MAGNOLIA COURT
Magnolia Court, our Special Needs Assisted Living, is a specially designed unit for residents with mild to moderate dementia or more complicated physical needs. Because of the increased level of care, our staffing ratio is higher in this unit. Magnolia Court is a secured unit with ample walking space in a secure, supervised environment. The security system is arranged in such a way as to allow freedom of movement into the enclosed walking and courtyard area. With the services provided, the resident can enjoy a friendly and caring environment. The following services are provided in Magnolia Court:
• 24 hour-a-day assistance with personnel trained in dementia care
• Specialized active and passive activity programs
• Alarmed doors with security codes to enter and exit
• Large outside enclosed area for walking and outside activities
• 24 hour-a-day nursing consultation
• All meals and snacks, including special diets
• Weekly housekeeping with touch ups
• Weekly personal and linen laundering
• Incontinence services
• Spiritual programs
• Emergency call systems
• Sprinkler system throughout
• Transportation arrangements
• Day excursions

by sources outside of Woodland Terrace:
• Physician services
• Podiatry services
• Laboratory services
• Therapies (physical, occupational, and speech)
• Beautician/Barber
