ROLLING MEADOW COURT
INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY
At Woodland Terrace of Longmeadow, our community is licensed by the State of Michigan which permits us the privilege of providing supervised personal care to individuals over the age of 60. We take a holistic approach to the care of our residents and our goal is to provide a level of assistance that will lead to their greatest degree of independence, privacy and dignity.
For those individuals in need of extra assistance with activities of daily living, a Care Level Assessment will be administered by one of our licensed nurses. Our residents will have a level of care tailored to their personal needs.
On Rolling Meadow Court , our residents can choose from deluxe studio, one bedroom and two bedroom accommodations. These private apartments are equipped with a kitchenette.
The following services are provided on Rolling Meadow Court :
•Three nutritious, restaurant-style meals each day in our elegant dining room
•Snacks are available at any time in our 24-hour cafe
•Weekly housekeeping services with daily trash removal
•Weekly laundering of personal items and linens
•Daily activity events and socialization opportunities

•Lawn maintenance and snow removal
•Utilities
•Cable television
•Emergency call system
•24-hour staffing
•Scheduled transportation
Our assisted living residents also have the ability to receive assistance with activities of daily living from our trained personnel.
As a convenience to our residents, the following services are provided onsite by sources outside of Woodland Terrace:
